More than the relaxed atmosphere, more than the breathtaking views that will be burned into your memory forever, more than the extremely comfortable rooms is the incredible staff. I visited twice, everyone remembered me on my second visit. The Staff Could not be more friendly and inviting. It is a great value and it is safe. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent hotel. Very clean apartment. I chose one with the sea view and it was definitely worth it. I had a good size balcony and the jacuzzi was a huge plus! I'm certain I'll come back to this place.

Place was great, but the only comment I had was that the condensation from the tube on top of the bed kept dripping on the pillows. I addressed this with the person in the lobby as well. Other than that the place is great!

It was very good ocean view, the jacuzzi in the balcony was nice. Only the thing that I didn’t like was that clean the room was not included and if I wanted to clean, $60,000 cop. That’s a little more than $15 usd, so expensive to get clean. Restaurant was not great. But overall, it was great experience.

Overall Okay Stay

I’ll start off by saying that there were many of us spread across 4 different rooms and that overall, the staff was great with our stay and any requests we had. Unfortunately our room had an issue where the shower water would not drain and the shower head sprayed water everywhere but down. In addition to this, one of our bedrooms AC did not work and as a result, moisture was condensing on a pipe causing water to drip over our kids bed. Maintenance did come and fixed the bathroom drain and shower head issue. They wiped the condensing pipe down but it persisted along with the broken AC. They did not recognize our “Platinum “ status nor was our “VIP” amenity honored (an issue we continue to see with hotels we visit around the world - Expedia needs to do better with their vendor partners in how they communicate with eachother). Thankfully the staff made up for it by letting us check out late at 4pm for 1 room which really helped out. I will not be back but this hotel did serve its purpose for our stay.

The property is new. room is beautiful and good size. room has a kitchen but no microwave and electric Kettle to boil water. Hotel has a cafe and small restaurant on rooftop. Rooftop pool is nice and has a great view of sunset. Even beach is across the street but the beach was not that great. If you looking for blue Caribbean water and white sands, you will be disappointed. The beach look like the beach in Texas, Communication with the front desk was very poor and misleading. 1. , When I check-in, I asked, can I bring visitor to my room Answer was, yes, anytime. I asked again, any extra charge No. Next day, front desk text said asked me go down to pay for the extra guest fee 625,000 peso 2. I asked for cleaning, the same guy said, this is apartment, we only clean your room once for 3 nights stay. The 3nd day, I asked for cleaning other front desk lady said will be $12 charge for each cleaning. So, the night shift guy and day shift lady said two different things. Since I booked room for 4 people but only two of us check-in the 1st day, after complained for 15 minutes, the front desk decided not to charge me for extra guest fee and I decide not to clean the room the last day to save $12.

My family and I loved the stay great walkable beach location.. area has great restaurants plus the onsite bakery is amazing. We could see all of Cartagena from this location and I have two little kids and felt very safe and loved the Columbian culture and the hospitality at Bondo Estudios was amazing!! We thought the location was perfect....

It’s nice that this stay has a rooftop area surrounding the pool but the food options are limited. There’s no where to eat unless 10 mins away. Cafe on the first floor was a nice option for breakfast. Bed comfort was nice. Shower didn’t feel sanitary, had to shower with shoes on. Service wasn’t great, requested for towels and/or toilet paper and never came. Had to go to the front desk to receive it quickly.
