I honestly did not end up staying there. The first room they gave me had blood on the sheets (I know, I should have ran then) so I asked for a different room and the second one had multiple bed bugs along with mystery stains on all of the furniture. I never even sat my bag down . No one should ever stay here

This place was nothing like advertised. The amount I paid for my room with a hot tub was WAY more than it was worth. The place was run down and gross. The bathroom door was busted and the bottom was screwed back on and wouldn’t shut all the way. The outside of the bathroom was missing a big mirror or something that was hanging. The hot tub was questionable and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The windows were absolutely filthy around the whole building. There were stains all over the couch/pull out bed. Brown stains all over the bathroom door and wall. Not a single decoration. A small tv clear across the room from the bed and not angled to where you can watch from bed. It was hot and the air wouldn’t keep up. The furniture was old, pant peeling, and gross. No big breakfast area like pictured, no food, just coffee and the coffee they had was sitting out and sugar was just in a cup sitting there. Not worth it. This place is not somewhere I would ever go back to.

Stay somewhere else!!!

You could hear rats at night!!! They never provided any clean up service while staying. When you asked for towels they would only give one at a time. They told people to use the public restrooms cause they didn’t have toilet paper!!! The air conditioner wasn’t the best. Maintenance never came to fix it. The only good thing this place has goo for it is their location!!! They couldn’t have breakfast while we were there because their heater to warm up frozen sausages. Well everything else was fine and they chose to save money and not provide breakfast. I asked for a discount on my stay since I had to buy breakfast every morning!!! So people shouldn’t go by what they say they offer. Also the TV had to be used manually. The whole place needs a major overhaul!!!

No one was there to check in for awhile until someone came back in a car and checked me in. He said that if I leave the room I had to come to the front desk everytime I need to reenter the room. No one was there to check me out and the room was just overall dirty like it wasn’t cleaned.

Literally, no one working. Called the number placed at front desk, and after 15 tries, the employee picked up and was in the pool with her children stating, her shift was over. We left and are currently working on a refund since we prepaid. Lobby was filling up with complaining guests regarding numerous issues.

I booked a “family suite”. There were 2 adults & 3 kids. We were given 4 pillows, 2 towels, and no blankets, just 2 top sheets on each bed. When we asked for more pillows, we were told “there is no more”. The beds were hard. The building had a strange musty smell. Upon check-in there was a sign on the counter that said “Out of office”. Definitely was not worth the money I paid.

Would not recommend this place to a dog to stay there very rude to me and family, they did t let us stay at thier residence due to my autism and had some behavioral problems, because they made us wait over 2 hrs to get a room and my son got very impatiently. The staff was very rude to me and my family. Won’t refund money after denying my stay. Very poor service I would give it zero stars if I could.

Hotel was not what it was described like in the pictures. We checked in and the lady was absolutely amazing. The first room we were given was in the second building out back which smelled of marijuana and then when we entered put room the window was busted out with strips of duck tape attempting to fix it though we could literally reach to the outside, completely unsafe and bugs could enter while the air went out. We were given a different room in the main building that was cleaner and nicer. Hotel atmosphere outside was not great and as a woman with a child did not feel safe after dark.

Terrible experience, not only was i at the front desk the whole time with concerns multiple guests were and then we starting chatting... i couldnt get into my room so staff tried breaking in with a large knife!! It was awful, and if we could find another hotel at the last minute we would of gone. But they were all full. Dont stay here it needs to be condemned

Avoid like the plague until new management

Disrepair everywhere, no towels, missing bottom sheets, breakfast was nearly non existent. Our AC worked, but many did not we learned. Outdoor pool not in service and looked toxic. Staff was the shining light. They handled their ill equipped situation with grace and calmness. The check in clerk is a gem they’ll not keep long is my guess.

If you reserve a room just know that’s not the one you will be given at your stay there.The hotel only provided a single hand towel—just ONE, not even a showering towel.The TV also doesn’t offer streaming options like Netflix. On top of that, the property’s exterior looks run down, and there were random people loitering outside, which made the environment feel uncomfortable.
