Staycation with children. We reserved the loft style. Check in not until 4pm. By the time we got car unload the kids wanted to head down to the pool. That was really the evil reason we went. Pool are was clean. Water was a little cold but the kids didn’t mind. Got back to the room a couple hours later. The fridge did not work. There was hair all over both bathrooms

This hotel is fine. Thought don’t be fooled by the fancy lobby. Rooms are average to below average in design, function and cleanliness. They’re also inconsistent, two queen bedroom our family was staying in two rooms away was considerably different than ours. Breakfast is okay. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Maybe the filter wasn’t working. Someone was adding water from a hose, which I could only imagine was to help hide some of the debris and cloudiness. Definitely not the worst hotel, but far from being near the top.

Not an overwhelmingly friendly desk/ greeting clerk. Beautiful common areas. Room was as middle of the road as you can get. Indoor pool area unfortunately was a window shot away so our room was incredibly loud with pool goers.
