I normally stay here when i have an early flight and have no issues. However, this time was not the case. The front desk clerk called our room to alert us that she may have given our room key to a different guest and to be alerted if someone tries to enter our room. We had just turned in for the night since our flight was so early. She caught the guests before they got to the floor. I was waiting by the door just in case. So that was fine. But…there was a few guests smoking overnight on our floor. You could smell it through the walls which made for a sleepless night. So normally a quiet relaxing stay before an early flight turned into tossing and turning all night. When we went to leave, the hallway was filled with smoke. Normally, I would give this property 5 stars for comfort, cleanliness and convenience before an early flight. This time I knocked a star off. Even with the room mix up the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. She had a lot going on with internet being down and guest coming in.
