"Room was spacious and clean. Hot and cold items available on the breakfast bar. Quiet room and within walking distance to a Jimmy John’s and Chinese restaurant. Drake University campus across the street. No classes were in session when I was there. Not sure how busy it gets when the semester begins."

"Overall I would say this is a 4/5 star. Pros- beds were super comfortable, nice clean linens and rooms. Which were even furnished with a small kitchenette that had a single cup coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave!!!! AC in Room worked great. Cons- the shower head didn't work as well and most the water was leaking from the faucet. The outside needs cleaned up as trash was blown everywhere, however it did not effect the inside. I would definitely stay here again!!!!! My kids really enjoyed the Waterpark as well and everything was In working order."

"Very cute place to stay. Room was clean. Safe area. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub as they were under construction. Didn't use the bar but it looked cute. Felt safe in the area. Good parking lot. Had to leave before breakfast hours but they did offer breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great water pressure in the shower While Watching the gentleman tending the breakfast buffet I noticed how efficient and professional he was Only downside was our room only had enough to make 1 cup of regular coffee and there were 2 of us"
