"Quick Spring Beak trip with kids, overall had a great time and the location was good, only issue we had was the occasional loud music from vehicles and the walk to the beach was through the pier parking lot due to the erosion of the beach. Other than that the kids could bike to the boardwalk and other places pretty easily"

"It was great to be close to the beach (about a one block walk) and the beach at Freeman Park. The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :). The condo was cute and clean and has a small but nice balcony. The ocean is very close but you can’t really see much of it from the condo. Our teenage kids shared the sleeper sofa for the 2 nights we were there and said it was fine although there was not a mattress topper, that might have made it more comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to make meals. Communication was great with the host! Would recommend!"
