"This property checked all the boxes. I (32f) and my friend (65f) had an absolutely perfect time. The pool not only is stunning and very clean, but the deck offers great views of the ocean without having to walk in the sand. The beach is literally steps away. We spent way too much time searching all of the awesome shells and enjoying the very private area. The unit was perfect. Updated appliances, tons of storage and sleeping areas, a wonderful patio that stepped out to offer direct access to the pool and ocean. Views of the ocean from the living room, having all of the appliances available, a grill, chairs for the beach as well as boogie boards, books to read, extra blankets and pillows, all of these things made our trip that much more enjoyable. The aquarium was just down the street as well, along with beautiful walking paths with oceanfront views. The bathroom was large and very clean, the shower was updated and refreshing after a day in the sun. Nice bars and restaurants are right down the strip, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. 10/10 would absolutely stay again."

"First let me start by saying the pictures do not do this beautiful place any justice. The view is breath taking , truly the closet I’ve ever stayed ON the beach! The property was so clean and quiet. You have the entrance to the beach right beside your front door. The hammock swings are my favorite part of the whole place. We ended up ordering take out and enjoyed it on the swings with an amazing view. They have a closet FULL of sand toys you can use . I wish I could post the 1,000 pictures I took of the view in just the one night we stayed at your property! The pool looked nice and very clean. If you go to this property the aquarium is possibly 5 minutes away so I would suggest checking that out!! I have already recommended this place to so many people and hope every one of you get to enjoy this place at least once in your life time!!"

"This is definitely $1 million view on the third floor four sets of eight steps so it a lot to not have elevator. when we arrived, the maid had not taken dirty clothes that were left behind the curtain from the current people, we let them know right away she told me to leave them on the porch in the bag, which I did they never came for them and they got blown all over the parking lot. if you’re looking for a place just to lay your head and look at the million dollar view this place is great.money is great for this place . It is a bit dated with $1000. You could really spruce it up. The bedroom did not have a TV which was very disappointing and the living room had a very small TV probably about a 19 inch. The furniture was very old and dated, and the bunkbeds were like an afterthought like in an area for closet with very terrible mattresses. But we didn’t care too about that as we were never in the apartment for very long we were only there at night to lay head down. The washer and dryer were brand new. They did work and we only had a problem with the TV and the Internet not working but we didn’t watch it so we didn’t care. I did let them know. for the money it is well worth it. If you don’t care about it being dated, but for the view it’s more than worth it. I think some of the reviews are a little harsh, but I understand why because it is so dated and it would only take very little money to change it out like the bedspreads you can buy a bed in the bag at Walmart for cheep"

"This condo is right on the beach. You can hear the ocean waves all day and night. Really lovely and peaceful. The beach is easy to access and great to walk on. It’s very close to the rock formations and Fort Fisher ferry and aquarium. Nicely stocked overall and Steve is very responsive and super helpful. Would stay here again for sure!"

"The unit and surrounding areas were exactly what was advertised and exactly what we wanted. Comfortable. Front row seat to the ocean. Spectacular sunrises. Great interaction with the management company. Clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Big TVs with plenty of channels and streams. Would definitely come back."
