Very lovely views and love how everything was in walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom and room was very clean. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views

While the staff were fine and the view of the ocean wonderful, the property has a run down, shabby feeling. The decor is old and tired, and the room disappointing; stained ceiling, stained couch, chipped furniture. This is not what I expected from Courtyard. This is more on par with a Comfort Inn. The price of the room was exorbitant for what it was. We won't stay there again and recommend others don't either (at least not at seasonal rates).

The view was excellent! We had a small problem with the entry door on check-in and another with the balcony sliding glass door. Reported them to the front desk and they responded very quickly. For the price, at this time of year, I was underwhelmed.

View from the 9th floor was great and kids would love it, but I didn’t like the tripping hazard in front of the balcony or the blue tinted TV which couldn’t be fixed with a remote but probably needed maintenance to fix or replace

I loved everything but not having the option fir a kitchenette after a photo being included with the room i reserved. That was a let down and i will not stay here again because of falsely advertising that their was a kitchenette. You really should take that photo out of your amenities section of your photos.

We got an ocean view. The overall upkeep and maintenance of the hotel were less than desirable. Examples include the balcony door, being very old and almost impossible to open and close with a lack of a screen to keep the door open. The dated glass bifold doors for the closet were also very difficult to open. For the price we are paying I would expect better. We stayed at the Hampton right across the street among back and it was clear that their maintenance was much better.
