First time ever to Cancún and I’m so impressed by the wonderful staff at Marriot!!! From the moment we stepped into the hotel to when we went to any of the many restaurants, to when we left . Some of the workers names are Víctor, Ramon, Carlos Tuz don’t remember the others name but nickname Pozol to name a few of the restaurant servers.. too many excellent workers to remember all of their names. Excellent food. Lobby service pool service EVERYONE there very helpful.

Customer service in this property goes above and beyond. Beds are comfortable all stuff ad friendly. One downside is that internet service are slow And WiFi is unsecured. Other than that’s amazing experience.

Food and service was good. However we he some issues with reservations for dinners. Restaurants almost empty and they said we have no availability. Thanks to Miguel Espinosa (is an asset for you guys) who worked and we were able to have reservations in other days. Entertainment are overpriced. Night shows were good. When I purchased something they didn’t tell me you will have extra charge on your credit card . And the worst thing was the ocean. Sand and water super dirty, some days were impossible to swim

The hotel staff were so kind and pleasant! The hotel itself was very clean and spotless. The food selections were delicious at Case Madre and rhe Japanese Restaurant were delicious. The resort is very enjoyable and we will definitely be back. We stayed for 5 nights, 6 days and did not want to leave.A much needed time away and Marriott made us feel at home!

The hotel has two elevators, but only one was working during a busy weekend which made wait times frustrating. Additionally, my room was skipped during cleaning on one of the days. I had to call five times and only received housekeeping at 8 p.m. the following day. Disappointing service overall. The hotel is old and outdated. They need a renovation.

This place is amazing. It is much more secure than the last place we stayed. The staff are the friendliest mosy helpful staff I've ever met. The food was amazing. Not like the resorts with one buffet you hear about. Lots of restaurants and there is always impromptu food - taco stands, all out bbqs, burgers and more. You do need to book dinner ahead of time if you want a specific restaurant, but you won't go hungry either way. You aren't going to have doritos and dr pepper, but you have much higher quality food, endless ice cream, cocktails, mocktails milkshakes. The list goes on and on. Shows every night, and awesome facility. Word to the wise - not the resorts fault, but look up sargassum before you go and plan accordingly.
