The facilities were exceptionally clean, and I found the food to be absolutely delicious. Gustavo was very helpful and friendly. Everything was meet the standards except for the food need to forcus on steakhouse and seafood like Moon palace if you’re decided for all inclusive and also drinks options. The property is beautiful and well maintained but it doesn’t mean they’ll be happy with your all inclusive offer that not meet our expectations due to a lot of competition out there.

This place is really amazing. I almost forgot what inclusive meant. The breakfast was delicious. They had a buffet with an omelet station which had both American and Mexican buffet. The sports bar staff was amazing too. We were able to watch some Sunday football. The food was also great for being a bar. We enjoyed the specialty dinners too. I believe it was Japanese, Italian and another Japanese restaurant. The food was so yummy in my tummy. The Mexican restaurant would have been better as a restaurant instead of a buffet. The hotel also had different activities that kept us busy. While we were there, we had the Mexican Olympics at the pool, a casino night and also a Mexican Celebration. They had two nights with live trumpet in the lobby that was so enjoyable. They also had a live band playing salsa on a different night, which also very enjoyable with people dancing and singing along. We absolutely loved the day by the pools and enjoyed tacos, pizza and hamburgers with some alcoholic drinks. The pool staff went out of there way to keep us happy with drinks and food. An amazing place to stay and I would definitely recommend.
