I woke up cover in bug bites from the bed. The staff was not helpful at all. I showed them my arms and back and they said pk, we send report to housekeeping. I asked for a refund and was told oh no, but you can sign up for hyatt points instead. Iwill never stay with this hotel chain again.

My experience with all of the staff here was that they were wonderful and all very nice and professional. The problem is that it seems surprisingly mismanaged. The food menu is super small and literally the gentleman behind the bar couldn’t serve wine because he didn’t have a corkscrew. And then they just shut down the menu and no one could order food because the chef was having a meeting with management. The hotel itself is nice and clean and close to the airport but I don’t know if it’s a problem with an individual manager or if it’s just typical corporate stupidity. I would choose another place next time. Also, don’t be fooled into thinking that they have an easy airport shuttle. They seem to need a good amount of notice to know that you’re going to need a shuttle. It isn’t like a typical hotel where the shuttle is always running.

We were spoilt at an amazing resort before staying here so it was a bit of a sad end to our trip. Bed was very uncomfortable and pool is right next to the highway. Nothing around so it’s literally an airport hotel. Dinner was average and overpriced while breakfast was just okay. Staff were lovely and it was easy to get to the airport in the morning.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Great selections on the free breakfast buffet. My only issue was I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had free airport shuttle service but turns out you have to complete a form 48 hrs in advance and it wants you to use WhatsApp to book. I ended having to pay a taxi to and from my hotel.

This hotel worked out perfectly for me on last night of the trip. Easy fast check in process, very clean hotel room, comfortable bed, great shower, hallway a little smelly mostly due to new carpet i guess, pool is heated and felt clean - open til 10pm. Lovely pool area just noisy because of traffic passing by. Loved the free breakfast, great for a hotel. Hottle shuttle seats only 9 every hour. If it’s full you can take a uber ride/ taxi shouldnt be more than $10usd. No issues id recommend for a less stressful morning leaving for a flight. (Nothing to see or walk to by hotel)
