Did not get the king bedded room I reserved. Resort never honored my $600 resort credit through Expedia (claims to not know about it) and the desk for expedia in the lobby did nothing. Contacted Expedia and they tried 3 times to contact hotel,, no one answers the phone. I agree, tried to call the butler and guest services from room. Butler made up for it on day 2 after I searched to find them. Noisy jacuzzi at pool, loud entertainment at night,, closet door broken (fixed by eng), shampoo pump broken (fixed by hskp), mini bar not restocked, no controlling pool chair holding-for hours!
