We didn’t use any of the bars for alcohol but the kids ordered endless apple juice and we were always pleased with the service. Our room was regularly cleaned and our fridge was always stocked. We used the room service more than we’d like to admit and it was delicious every time.

We stayed at Ventus HA for 9 days. Great resort with lots of restaurants, clean rooms and nice pools. Easy to get around three hotels with golf carts service that they provide. The only thing that wasn’t as nice is the beach but for the price and quality of the food I’d say it totally worth it.

The property and staff is amazing. ALL the restaurants serve great food and each has its own vibe. Delores was our favorite with all the different stations they have. The pools were all great and the big hot tubs felt great to relax in. The adults only bar was very enjoyable. Our child loved the kids club and the kids club staff kept us well informed of the activities for the day.

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful resort, food at restaurants tastes amazing. Cons: No entertainment, no music, activities or food at the pools. You have to go to one of the restaurants or buffets even for a quick snack. The private pool access rooms at building 26 have mold & algae on outside walls by the pool area and room smelled moldy. The resort is in downtown Puerto Morelos, 30 min from Cancun. I wouldn't stay again, my stay was boring.

We really enjoyed our stay- it was clean, air conditioned in many areas, the bars, food, and amenities were great! The property is split in two - Ventus Ha on one side and Marina El Cod/Ventus on the other- they have golf carts to take people around but we never used them, the whole property s very walkable. The beach area is small, not a huge place and only a few chairs . We enjoyed the pool more- lots of space! There’s a free bike tour to puerto morales we enjoyed - the bikes are not like mountain bikes, so bear this in mind - you need to maneuver the bikes a lot. Highly recommend this resort!

The property as a whole is beautiful! This is the 3rd year that we have been to an El Cid resort and we will continue to do so. The rooms are outstanding and clean. The food is incredible. The staff is amazing and always helpful. You want for nothing while you’re on vacation. Truly a superb experience!

The property is nice and well-maintained. The buffet restaurants offer good variety and quality. However, the à la carte restaurants for dinner were disappointing. Staff can be a bit pushy when it comes to tips, but overall, it was a good experience.

I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for families with kids. First off, the staff had zero energy and weren't helpful at all. We had to use their shuttle to get anywhere, and we'd be waiting forever. Even when we smiled and said hello, they wouldn't really care, they'd just come up with, "What do you want?" And it was an all-inclusive resort, but besides the tips, we were still charged these weird, random taxes on top of everything. The food wasn't good, and some of the fruit even smelled off. The worst part was our room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. I'm pretty sure it's because when the housekeeping cleaned, they just left the door wide open to the outside.

The perfect hotel to stay for our first all-inclusive trip! There were several food options, staff are all nice and accommodating. We always look forward to the evening activities and shows. My husband and I spent 4 nights at Ventus Ha to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This resort was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were pristine and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
