Despite being asked about allergens, every time you walk into a restaurant by both the hostess and your server, I was served allergens at plated dinners on three of the seven nights I was at this resort. The food service manager did not take this problem seriously and it had to be elevated to the manager of platinum butler services.
Getting dinner reservations in the first place, even in low season and with a Platinum club upgrade, was a tremendous hassle. We couldn't get into certain restaurants at all, and were offered dining times of 4:30, 5:00, and 9:30 at night.
Every meal reservation was made in the name of one of the five clients I had brought on this trip, despite the fact that I paid for everything and communicated with my butler to make these reservations and the male client was never involved in any way.
The grounds were immaculately maintained, the staff were kind, but these basic operational problems were shocking.
