I have to say this was a great overall trip. I really loved the resort and all the restaurants that were in the resort. Everyone was so kind and polite and helped a lot with any questions and concerns that I had. The only very small issue I had was with the AC in my room, not working efficiently, but towards the end of the trip, it actually began working so overall I really can’t complain. I really loved the experience.

Room service is not 24 hours as we were initially told when booking and we signed up for the rewards program but for everything we asked for we were told no that’s it’s not available. We were celebrating a 50th birthday and 25th anniversary and spent well over 20k to stay here with our family. Only plus about this hotel is that the Beach is very nice.
