The staff was there to greet us with cold drinks as we got there to check in. Everyone was so kind, the food was amazing, pools were clean and our room had the most beautiful view and was so clean and spacious. We will absolutely go again!

An error was made on our reservation and they refused to make the change to allow us to stay. Instead, they wanted to charge us an extra $300 per night for 3 nights. Keep in mind we flew from the U.S. and were forced to book a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.They also refused to give us back the deposit we paid. They did not want to work with us at all. They just wanted more money. Terrible service. Zero accomodations made for the mistake made on the reservation.
