Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel. I definitely will go back again. The staff was very cordial and friendly. David and Marcos made us feel very welcome to the hotel, and they both were very kind and helpful with what was needed. The only thing I will improve is the quality of the food, which was ok but not outstanding.

I really loved the hotel and had a great stay overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the beach was absolutely excellent. The only downside was that the waiters at the restaurant and bars seemed very busy at times, so food and drinks could take a little while to arrive. However, considering the price, I really can’t complain much because the experience overall was very good.

I like all the staff ready to help you, when you’d ask for help! The hotel lobby, restaurants and pool areas were in great shape. Always had someone cleaning something! They could really help more when scheduling dinners. I only felt helped when Ruben took care of me!!!
