The view of the room was beautiful and it was very spacious. It had a nice balcony but could have used some kind of furniture or something on the balcony. The furniture and outlets are outdated, didn’t have a block so I couldn’t charge my phone in the room, had to go to the car to charge it. The amenities were ok, lost money at the arcade in a few machines that didn’t work. Main issue was the restaurant wasn’t open when we wanted to eat. The website states 8am-8pm, went at 8:10 and it wasn’t opened yet, signs stated it opened at 9. We came back at 9 and waited around until 9:10 and it didn’t open, finally passed by it at 9:30 and it was finally opened.

The room is not updated and doesn't match upgrades made to lobby. Shower had terrible water pressure and water not hot enough. Terrible tub drainage. Front desk not 24 hours. 1 vending machine and it did not work with debit card. Very far from main Atlantic city casinos. Not worth the price.

There was a hole in the ceiling in rn hallway before I even went into the room ,that was uncovered. There was a hole showing by the heater. There was a hole showing in the closet. There was no decorated furniture, even though there was a couch there . The headboard was torn . The curtain covering the glass part of the patio door had a hole in it. The heat constantly turned off, so it broke my sleep most of the night. The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were flat so I didn’t even get a good night rest. I was supposed to stay two days. I’m grateful I’ll only stayed for one . There were simple things that needed to be done in that room as far as maintenance and the place would probably look really nice. It wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen, but they have a lot of room for improvement.

The room was clean. I had a problem with the heating system and they put us in another room. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was amazing. Made to order. The lounge was good. Had karaoke Saturday night, all were friendly.
