"Great location and quite the happening spot for coffee and cocktails. Walkable to so much and also to several tube stations. Great shower!!!! One thing I missed is a robe in the closet. Housekeeping was available by request."

"No window? No problem. Tiny but adequate room. First hotel I've been in for a while where everything worked (except BBC 1 on the TV) and the staff were very efficient and helpful. We breakfasted at the Wetherspoons across the road - excellent. "

"Great location. Everything is pretty much electronic (check-in/check-out) so you really never speak to staff. The tea/coffee in the room leaves much to be desired. Otherwise is was a clean and nice hotel in a good location."

"The tv in the room didn’t work. One of the lamps was broken. To use the cold tap you turned it on then had to turn it off again to make it work. There was marks all over the bedroom walls and on the windowsill. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the first time we have been disappointed."

"This hotel is a little off the beaten track for me as I normally stay close to Fitzrovia in London. However, I wanted a hotel with a gym / pool, and this was situated an easy walk away from Westbourne Park underground station (a few stops on from Great Portland Street station). And what a pleasant surprise I had. This is a funky, fresh hotel with brilliant facilities. My room was a great size and included a small kitchen. The air con in my room was excellent and the gym is good enough for a solid workout. Added to this was a cinema room and pool (neither of which I used) and a fabulous canal side restaurant (the rolled lamb belly was unbelievable). This was all topped off by EVERY single member of staff being kind and considerate. If you want a hotel that is a corporate chain - this is not for you. If you want great facilities in a relaxed, non pretentious atmosphere, this is worth a go."
