There was a strong air freshner smell on our floor. I have allergies to strong smells. I asked them to turn it down and when they did there was a strong musty smell. The window in the room did not open very far and it was hot with no air flow. We had to ask for a fan.

The room was clean and comfortable and a nice modern bathroom with a nice big shower but the hotel was very busy and the room is not soundproof so the noises from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor kept us awake quite a bit. The staff were very helpful and polite. Ok for overnight or two but would not recommend for longer stays.

Overnight 8th January was an excellent clean room. Overnight Sunday 11th the room was not so good and was in need of an upgrade. The staff were superb as always. Friendly, helpful and hard working.
