These budget "pod" type hotels should not exist. The room (Cocoon 2), which was just slightly larger than the bed that was in it, was extremely hard to live in. My stay was one week, but I don't think the experience would be any better for one or two nights. It's like a cage in a zoo. I get that this works for some people, but the size and lack of windows does take a toll. Having multiple staff just standing by the check in section exposes that this property is only interested in turning over the rooms as quickly as possible. Had to pay a large sum to get early check-in. I'm glad that was an option, but the price for getting in two or three hours early was absurd. If there is no other option, I may force a return to this property because the location is quite unbeatable... but it does take a toll. You're going to want to spend as little time in your room as possible.

There is no breakfast. The facility seems to be designed for only an overnight stay. Checking in process was not possible without assistance. The location was great but as previously stated stays of over one night can be claustrophobic. There was nothing in our room but a bed, bathroom and towels.

The bathroom didn’t have so see thru panels on the glass no tv plus the many turns to get to room with poor hall lighting and the locked doors where you have to push a green button are all major fire hazards. I will never stay in one of your rooms again. Every night I felt unsafe. And you charge plenty for the room

The air conditioning was terrible, the fan in the room also didn't work. The hallways are super creepy, no art work anywhere, carpet is dirty, no windows in the rooms. They will replace your bath towel everyday (no wash clothes), but the trash was never taken and I had to go hunt for toilet paper. For the amount of money charged, I wouldn't say it was worth it. The only plus, it is right in the center Piccadilly Circus. Oh, and they will not hold your luggage until check-in and to check-in early, it's an additional 40 pounds.

Great location, clean, modern….only downfall is there’s no window so make sure you set an alarm or else you might be sleeping til well in the afternoon depending where you’re coming from because it’s always pitch black.
