The Staffs at the front desk not friendly at all & this hotel has no lobby/waiting area for us to seat because of, they use it as a restaurant for dinning. This is the 1st time I’ve seen in my life 😅. About the room, during save the environment they clean our rooms every 2 days which is fine for me.

The room was sold as Queen Room with Queen bed, but was in fact basically a double bed and a bathroom with no floor space. Room was nice, but with bed against wall difficult to negotiate. Pleasant surprise the tv had all channels, incl Sky Sports and TNT Sport

Whilst the room is small, it was perfect for one night's stay. Great blackout blinds. Frosted glass walls to the bathroom, so some people may not like these but rest assured you cannot see through! I didnt make use of the hotel's facilities but it all looked very clean. Lifts are in demand and you may wait a while as they are small so not many can fit in with cases. Great customer service upon arrival. Went to drop my card on exit but they called me to a desk, not sure why! Overall, good night sleep and stay. Would stay there again if needed to be in the area.

The hotel was great. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The coffee was very good. It’s very close to Covent Garden shops and restaurants, which is great. Would stay again.

Central location, very clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast for a bit extra. The rooms are a bit claustrophobic especially the ones in the basement but it's all we needed for a on night stay in London.
