Over paid for a poor room at Park Plaza Hotel

The hot water in the shower takes long time to warm up. We expected a room with a view, but the room assigned to us was 558 which had a view of the beside building. Paying $420 per night was not worth it. There was a distinct mold like smell inside the room.

From the moment we checked in, Park Plaza exceeded our expectations—upgrading us to a beautiful suite and surprising us with two complimentary bottles of wine. After a full day of travel and sightseeing, unwinding in the wellness center’s serene pool and rejuvenating sauna was just what we needed. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and a touch of luxury!

Excellent location and walkable to all the London's highlights. Very close to the Tube or the rail system. Although, Expedia states is has "Laundry Facilities", "Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services", it has NO Laundry Facilities. We booked this hotel with the impression we could wash and dry our own clothes. This is not the case. You must take a taxi to a public location 15 minutes away. Also, the charging stations in the rooms are located under the TV or 10' away from your bed. There are no USB or outlets near the bed to charge and use your devices at the same time. Very inconvenient. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of food and staff is very welcoming. No one will not leave hungry. Everyone at the hotel is friendly, willing to help, courteous, and very clean.
