Fantastic flight service. Seats are in desperate need of new cushioning.
Seats could be more comfortable, and definitely need more leg room in basic economy, not everyone can afford better seating, and even those that are poor should still be comfortable, especially for flights over 2 hours! Other than very cramped conditions everything else was okay. The food could have definitely been better, but it was something and it didn't make me sick so that's a plus.
It was not good that I got a seat assigned only the last day. One should be able to get an assigned seat when one buys the ticket.
The flight attendants were amazing and very accommodating
