"Is clean. No lifts. No soap to wash hands unless from Dispenser on shower. Poor lighting.No cup/glass to even take a medicine. No kettle. Very loud until exactly 1am when the bar ( which is nice!!) closes. Staff is kind. Is not value for money"

"I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. Check-in is listed at 4:00 PM, which is already later than most places, but what made it worse is that there is absolutely no option to store luggage if you arrive earlier. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for travelers coming in from out of town. When I spoke with the property manager, I was told that early check-in was possible—but only for an additional hourly fee of over $30 per hour, which feels excessive and unreasonable. It came across as more of a money grab than an effort to accommodate guests. Overall, the lack of basic amenities like luggage storage and the high cost of early check-in made for a poor experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you plan to arrive exactly at check-in time."
