Great communication in English and Spanish. Kind property manager and easy to get in and check out. Clean rooms and nice space. Had an incredible stay!
Was really happy with the spotlessly cleaned room. A great amount of space. It was very comfortable. Service was excellent. The hosts explained everything clearly in advance and the process for checking in went very smoothly. No issues at all while there with everything working as they said it would. It’s a very central location. Will absolutely stay again :). (There’s no elevator, but this didn’t take away from the stay 😊).
Room was spotless, however we were unable to enter the building for over an hour at 2:30am in the morning when we arrived from our flight. Then once we were finally able to go in, the air conditioner stopped working at 4am and we became very hot and uncomfortable. They tried to charge me to switch rooms when their property is defective and tried to charge me for late check out even though it was their fault we were unable to enjoy and enter our room. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service.

Very poor service! No front desk and they never sent the instructions with the code needed once the guests arrives. The email was actually sent only 10 hours AFTER we checked out. When approached afterwards to get clarification, they were not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and disrespectful!
