"The room was in disrepair. Cabinets had hinges broken. Mattress pad was ripped at the corner. No bags in any of the garbage cans. Room phone did not work. No guides anywhere as to what was available at hotel, pool hours, spa hours etc... Only 1 parking to 2nd floor elevator was working. I much prefer the IP . That's where I will be staying from now on out. And bathroom floor was so slippery that I fell first night there getting out of the tub"

"All guests checking in to room need to show id to security guard before going up to room. Room key needs to be scanned in the elevator to enable the button for the floor you need to go to. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again. Entire casino smells really nice and was clean. "
