"Check in was long due to someone being trained (20 minutes). I understand that but at least have a second person to help check people in. Room was clean, beds were comfortable but inside windows were dirty and the sunshade on one of the windows was non-existent (photo). They had a promotion that day in which I earned enough points for the giveaway but when I went to get it, they were closed. I was advised we had until MIDNIGHT to get the gift and they closed at 10pm. I got there at 5 minutes after 10pm and they wouldn't give me the promotional giveaway. Not the best customer service but the beds are comfy. Won't be coming back though."

"We enjoyed our adult golf trip and the staff that we contacted were very helpful and friendly. We had fun in the casino, Guy's restraunt food and staff were excellent for dinner and the Beach Cafe breakfast was good. Check In representantive was great and very helpful. We were The only unfortunate piece was our room was not clean, food in the fridge, dusty and trash on the floor. The shower plugged up and I had to clean the drain, and we will stop there.We enjoyed our adult golf trip, and the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. "Was very disappointed. Property is run down. Our room was average. The dresser was uneven so when you open a drawer you have to hold down the dresser or it would tip. We found a couple of bugs on the curtains. The shower faucet would not turn off all the way and the bathroom sink was clogged took forever for water to go down. Only nice things was the beach area other than that will probably never stay there again."
