Raised pet rate even after calling and asking . Paid different price by 25 dollars. Check in was okay but didn’t recognize we had been there before. When asking for extra blankets and laundry bag . Seemed like I was asking too much. Room was okay but a tad dirty better the last few times but still not great.

Second time staying here and both times a problem! The dumpster pick up was at 4:45am directly in the front of the hotel and extremely loud waking us up at this time! Not sure who designs a hotel with trash pick up directly in front and before 5am!!!!!

For Needles, this was a nice / clean / safe place to stay near several good places to eat. No pool on site - but if you have the time, the river is very close. The staff was super great. Very friendly and helpful.

Many hotels provide an exercise room only for the ability to advertise that they have one. This hotel has an excellent exercise room. Also, everything is quite clean. I enjoyed good oatmeal for breakfast. I wasn’t impressed by nearby restaurants.
