This hotel is in need of an update. The only good thing I can say is I could get Netflix on the TV. The bedding was clean and so was everything else in the room but it was uncomfortable being there. We won't be back

Staff were kind and friendly. Only downside was even though the pool was open, it was not heated and cold! We rented a room just to swim, so that was a downfall. Otherwise our stay was good.

The bed needs to be updated. It was hard. The staff though found a lot of money in gift cards in my room and returned all of them. I was extremely thankful! I would absolutely stay again just based on the honesty.

Room was neglected. It did not get cleaned . It is very outdated. There was no microwave. The shower was dirty. It does not look like the pictures whatsoever.

Room was ok AC worked but at times got a bit loud. Not all the lights were working only the door, small table and bathroom light worked. The bed headboard lights or outlets did not work. Room even though was a non smoking room it still smelled like smoke but then so did the whole building casino. It’s expected to be like that with this type of place. Just makes it hard when you have breathing issues
