The room cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom was the worst. The tub didnt look clean and was very soap scummy slimy, the bathroom vent was dirty and orange. Headboards were covered in dust as was bottom of bathroom vanity. I think some education and training in cleaning would be helpful. Casino and restaurants were clean and tidy.

Very disappointed!

The room was very dirty. There were nail clippings, hair everywhere, and even pills under the bed. The bathroom was dirty and the water was filthy dark brown in the shower.

The slots were not paying at all . Biggest win $42 on mid to max bets. Front desk did not explain we could get a free coffee ticket daily or that free play expires after 24 hours. Avi club email informing me I had $5 free play did not work. Coffee staff super friendly! The back pool was nice and clean the front pool was murky. Would we stay again, possibly.

Beautiful Resort Feel

Parking was easy. Elevator line was ridiculous. Only 1 elevator. Figuring out how to get to the elevator was not clear. You have to walk thru a food court and down a hall to find it. My first time here and I was a little lost on where to go. Picked this place because of the pool and beach area. I like that it's kid friendly. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. Our room was a little dirty and our window was full of handprints. I don't think the glass had been cleaned in a while. We stayed on the 6th floor with a view of the pool and that was nice.
