Once we got there and got info about what was was available -the children was very excited as well as myself. We loved the pool and beach . "To start, I've been in customer service for decades valet parking area was a circus, no staff directing traffic, people parking in the drop off/loading zone blocking pull through vehicles, we were stuck for 45 minutes before I got out of my vehicle to direct drivers to move their cars. No staff in sight managing the isht show. Overpriced beverages, $22 for two beers. Unpleasant female bartender at the Splash bar"
