WiFi did not work, Room 910 on my floor was next too the elevator that had issues with cable noise. I lost 300.00 in 10 minutes betting 2.50 a spin. The smoke and air freshener when entering the casino was interesting. The bed and pillows were Dated. First time in Laughlin and was exasperated with the Edgewater. Going too a different hotel next month too fine a better bed! lol Harry’s is my next try.

Well, I wanna took a shower. There wasn’t any soap in the dispenser. I was in the shower so I didn’t wanna get out without showering so that’s one thing Could do a little bit better job of cleaning the room? This was our first time there and the receptionist when we checked in so just go down by the cashier well there’s no signage where to go to get on the elevator. Plus, my girlfriend uses a cane as they could see they put us down the very end room on the 18th floor. Sometimes it would be pertinent if someone would pay more attention to their surroundings instead of just looking on their screen and not dealing with the customer the way that should.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, as the experience was unacceptable from the moment we checked in. On our first night, my daughter found a pill on the floor, along with leftover food under the bed. The room was clearly not cleaned properly and had a very unpleasant odor. This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. On the second night, our room keys repeatedly deactivated. The first time this happened, I had left my wallet in the car and was asked to show my ID. Despite showing a photo of my ID on my phone and the reservation confirmation, I was still required to call valet to retrieve my car just to get my physical ID. This was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. The second time we were locked out, my ID was left inside the room, and front desk staff again refused to help us. We were forced to wait for security to assist us. Throughout these interactions, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. Additionally, the elevators in the Sedona Tower were alarming. They felt unsafe and honestly like a potential accident waiting to happen. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Between the lack of cleanliness, repeated access issues, poor customer service, and safety concerns, this stay fell far below acceptable standards. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as no guest should have to endure this kind of experience.

The fire alarm kept going on all through passed 1 am and my nephews were so scared. We were in the 22nd floor and the security guatds wanted for everyone to go down the stairs when my husband and i are disabled and my nephews are special needs. It was an overall scary long night
