The property needs a bit of a facelift. A little dirty looking. It was ok the big thing for me was not having a refrigerator in my room.

After driving all day, I was checking in. There was a blonde lady at the counter and I was checking in with a guy who is very nice and the lady was yelling at people and it was loud and chaotic and my dog. My service dog did a slight warning bark. And the lady yells out in front of everybody that that’s not a service dog.!! And security walks over he was a very nice man. Unfortunately I had to explain to him that my dog warns me when there is that kind of activity happening because he feels that it’s not safe environment. She was telling me that I couldn’t check in and I told her that he is a service dog and it was really embarrassing. I should not have to explain myself. I am protected by ADA federal law and HIPAA. I am completely offended!my two nights stay turned into me, feeling uncomfortable walking around with my service animal. Because she told me that he has to be with me at all times which of course he is. That’s why he’s a service animal didn’t need her telling me that out loud in public in front of everybody. She also said that I wasn’t able to roam around the property freely, including the pool area which I should have every right as everyone else again protected by ADA federal law and HIPAA. This blonde lady was embarrassing, and she completely offended me and violated my rights. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Valet was very nice and friendly all the interactions I had with the staff throughout the casino, walking in and out was great.

Room was clean but the shower door kept falling off the track and the TV screen was going bad. When I booked the room I requested a river view room but got a pool view room. They play the game that the river view rooms cost more to get you to upgrade. Also for these hotels to call themselves a resort to get resort fees is an absolute joke. These hotels are not resorts but they charge you an extra 25 per night even after your booking which needs to be fully disclosed in the booking.

I hate checking in here at the front desk. Lack of staff and long lines make me not want to come back. There are automated apps, and kiosks that would make this a more streamlined and pleasant experience; however, that is not an option with this hotel.

The bedspread was torn and worn out, and the bed itself was uncomfortable, sloped on one side. The casino offered only slot machines and no live table games. If guests only wanted to play on machines, they could just as easily do so from home on their computers without paying for a hotel room.
