Definitely needed cosmetic repairs such as peeling paint on the bathroom door and hot water for the tub or in shower was not aligned correctly. We had UNACCEPTABLE cold showers... no hot!!

The room was not in very good shape. Towels need to be replaced. Walls and ceiling need to be repainted. Showerhead needs to be replaced. No drain cover in any sink or shower.
