For the price our room was very spacious! It has the feel of a motel they converted into an “inn”. But our room was clean, adequately stocked and and as I said, spacious. We did not use the pool but we looked at it and it looked clean and well maintained. If you must stop in Needles where there isn’t much to speak of, and you don’t want to pay Hampton Inn prices then this place should work. Check in was good. The lady at the desk was very warm and friendly.

My room was clean and comfortable. The temperature was 115 degrees and my room stayed cool. I even had to turn the air down at one point during the night. The owner, Sage, was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I may never pass that way again but if I did, I’d stay there.

If you have to stay in the area for more than one night, this is a great place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They replaced the refrigerator when the original one wasn't getting cold. The A/C and the other amenities worked fine. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the pool because of a rare severe thunderstorm my first night. It takes a few days to clean pool after such a storm. Also, several local restaurants and local park all less than 5 minutes away.

I was very surprised! The place was clean and everything worked. USB ports plugs, even though lighted mirror. On top of that, I accidentally left some drugs in the refrigerator and when I called like hours later, they made a point to save it! Trust me almost no hotel staff does that! Exceptional service
