"Pretty amazing stay here in Boston. The room is absolutely incredible with the coolest in room services! You honestly can’t even tell your in a casino until you walk around downstairs. Easy transportation options as well- other than the metro. Only problem with this stay is there is literally no staff anywhere. Thank goodness for the self check in or we’d probably still be waiting on an attendant to this day. Facility was beautiful and clean, but like I said I literally couldn’t find a staff member of the hotel, only casino staff that would laugh and say they can’t help with hotel manners. Overall amazing stay due to the amenities of the room and facility itself"
