The kids mattress were dirty should have protected covers. The balcony was filthy and you could hardly open the door. For the price they should look into minor cosmetic updates to make it more price appropriate. "

"We have stayed at the HIE before. Staff is friendly. I enjoy being able to get a hot cup of coffee or tea whenever I want it. Parking is at the back of the hotel so use the rear door once you have your key. "
