No blankets. O my summer weight. And it was a queen or double size sheet and blanket on a king size bed. Very cold. Staff was very nice and all was clean but the amenities were lacking.

I've stayed a few times in the last several weeks, and I've never been completely satisfied. Cleaning staff entering the room before check out, TV internet not working, amenities differing from one source to another (no morning breakfast, different security deposit, different quiet hours, etc). At one point, I asked for a sheet refresh and returned to a missing pillow, and when asked, was told they had "run out". Its better than a lot of other places at the price point I paid, but I always leave mildly disappointed.

Was there 8 days no room cleaning had to get our own towels and clean the room ourselves. They ran out of tea from the common coffee area i asked for a ada room with a roll in shower was given a ada room with a tub. Had to wait to change after front desk person told me they don't have any rooms like that finally another person went around checking the ada rooms and found one with a roll in shower and now a day after checkout we evidently didn’t clean our room to their satisfaction as they have charged me a 100 cleaning fee. Folks run from this place as fast as u can

After check in we were completely neglected and forgotten about. Multiple requests for a hair dryer that was missing from the room were ignored. Husband had to go buy one. Room wasn’t serviced at all until we had to beg them to come. Coffee was the ONLY thing available in the morning and it was so weak it was disgusting. Will be calling the manager.
