Overall, my experience was mixed. I had an 8-night reservation, and upon check-in, management charged me $50 for early check-in at 11:30 AM, which I needed due to an early flight. Parking costs $8 per night, paid separately. The front desk attendant explained the no smoking policy thoroughly, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived at my room, it smelled like an ashtray. I was then relocated to another room, but the thermostat was stuck on maximum heat, making it extremely uncomfortable. The next morning, I encountered two other guests at the front desk who had similar complaints. On day five of my stay, I discovered a leak in the bathroom ceiling, prompting another room relocation.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! The couple in room next to us were arguing to point the police were called!the shower hot water was lukewarm at best!! The bath towels were rough like sandpaper.. Did not say anything about fees for parking, elevator didn't work, breakfast was a joke room was cold this was absolutely the worst hotel ever

The place is filthy!!! Carpet throughout whole hotel is black and simply disgusting. The walls in the room were dirty, prints on walls, the phone had dirty prints on it. Extremely out dated. At no time did I see anyone that worked there. Except the lady at desk.

The hotel is run down. The room was not serviced the 4 days i was there. They charged me for parking in an outside lot. The pool was closed for structural reasons i was told by another guest. The breakfast was toast, cereals, yogurt, mini muffins and a waffle maker. The coffee tasted bitter. Never saw the gym but was told it was a converted room with limited hours because of noise.

3.5 Stars really... The room was clean, beds comfortable rates awesome. For the price you can't really complain or ask for anything more. We felt safe. the room was comfortable, had a teeny tiny refrigerator and a microwave which worked out great for reheating leftovers from the restaurant. could be rated 2.5 stars for the not so great breakfast which was more like being in a shelter breakfast. three stars for the staff when they are present. not so helpful with the trash. the cleaning guy refused to take my garbage a few times and told me to take it to the dumpster and the garage 👀.
