30$ if I don't return the key and I have to sign for it? Sure looks like a major scam! Did the garage burn down? It smelled burned and the black dirt from the floor got all the way into the bathroom. Room was nice and clean for the price! Otherwise pretty run down and dirty. Does anybody ever clean the tables in the breakfast area?

The hotel is in an old-fashioned building, so don’t expect anything fancy. That said, my room was quiet, clean, and spacious, which I really appreciated. The bathroom could use some updates — the black marks between the tiles were unsettling — and the towels were rough, almost like bristle pads. Breakfast is served from 6:00–8:30 a.m. with a small selection (yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee, and waffles). If that doesn’t suit you, there’s a McDonald’s right behind the hotel, which is convenient. Parking is provided, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall: a decent stay for the price, but with room for improvement.

The environment was extremely unclean, with visible stains throughout the rooms, from the floors to the couches. I arrived at 2 a.m. but checked out in the morning because the property was poorly maintained. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I strongly urge management to address these cleanliness issues immediately

The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor, there was no shower curtain. Noise carried on late at night from 12-3am, no answer at front desk to address issue, no hot water for a morning shower.
