Found hairs in bathroom shower sink. Fridge door hard to open dragged on floor. Room and other areas had a smell. What was offered for breakfast was not a breakfast. Building needs alot of work not worth what charge for a night

This was the worst place I’ve stayed in. I booked on Expedia as a pay at property so my fiancee and I could split the cost. I called them the night before and asked about split payment just to be sure. I was told they would call me back. Nothing. They ran my card before I even got there. I called them and explained that I was doing a pay at property split payment. They told me I would have to call Expedia because they could do nothing. I called Expedia, shocker, they said it was on the place I’m staying and they could fix it because it was still being processed. Fast forward, we get there. They act stupid and say they can’t do it because it’s been processed, even after I showed them the pay at property email and not to mention the lady who didn’t call me back said her shift ended. I’ve never had this issue at any place I’ve stayed. Fine, fast forward. 1st room… disgusting. Carpet was stained and sticky, we also wore our sandals and shoes around to prevent whatever diseases live in the carpet and stickiness. The chair, stained with unknown substance. The bathroom, holes in the shower wall. Room was freezing, heat didn’t work. Tried to call front desk, phone didn’t work. Had to call on my cell phone. Finally got someone up there, who also walked in and said it’s freezing in here. I was told in 30 minutes, they would check on me to switch rooms. Never called. I called them. I have so much more to say but I'm limited to numbers. I would never stay here again.

Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Otherwise this place is a pit. Grossest, filthiest breakfast area I’ve ever seen, with minimal food offerings and one small coffee urn that was empty the whole time I was there. Rooms are shabby with carpet all shredded in the corners, stray hairs on the table surface etc. Bathrooms are like being in a truck stop. Underground parking lot with few available spots and sketchy characters hanging out. At “only” $200 this was a bargain for the area (sad to say), but I’ve stayed at $70 highway motels that were better maintained. I guess if you’re having a big party and wanted to use the pool, this could be ok.

We only stayed one night and the staff was friendly when we checked in. But the room was pretty terrible, the furniture was dated and unclean, the bathroom was cracking in multiple places, the ac unit had mold all along the wall. I went to go lay down in the bed and the headboard at hand and finger smears all over.

The hotel had a nice staff, great location to visit Lexington and Concord Revolutionary sites, everything was clean enough, and the atrium area is nice. If someone would put money into this place it could be a great hotel. It is worn and outdated, but has lots of potential.

This place was odd. Parking was across the street in a field. Check-in was in a basement with old carpet. After that it was ok. The room was large but outdated. No plugs near the bed to recharge devices. Breakfast was minimal.
