Disastrous stay here! Here are pros and cons : Pros: To be fair the room and bathroom nice, clean and modern. Cons: 1. Parking charges. Upon check-in I was told I would have to pay an extra $25 per night ($50 for 2 nights) for parking! When I booked on Hotels.com I was sure parking was included! Staffer lady with an attitude said I booked through Travelocity (which I didn't!) and said I had to pay. I tried to cancel the rooms but she said because I had already paid I could not cancel my booking. After much frustration, she said it was possible to park on the street free from 6PM to 8AM. But I did not want to do that. Then we noted the parking elevator was OUT OF ORDER! So had to use stairs with my bad knee. We asked the receptionist to waive the fee because the elevator did not work. The receptionist, told us she could waive the $25 parking fee, but Sheraton did not own the parking so we would have to pay the parking company $28 directly per night which was even more ridiculous! We decided to leave at 3AM on the second night but fortunately there was one nice staffer man on night duty who said he would waive the fees altogether. We told him we were grateful. So far not charged. ONE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF CHARGES ON BOOKING 2. Location: Hotel and room(s) is (are) located literally on a bridge across a highway! So there was quite a lot of car noise as they whoosh by. Once the heater fan came on it was not so bad but it is an awful location!

Staff member in the reception made me miss my morning flight because she didnt know how to split a credit card transaction. This is absolutely unacceptable! I had to waste an entire day at the airport and spend money because of this. Filing a complaint with hotel management.

Room temperature is too hot and unable to lower it! I’m boiling! Bedding had blood and make up on it. This is a dump!!! What’s worse is that the front desk doesn’t seem to care. How about moving me to another room?

Was in room 624 had plumbing problems. The water would not go down the drain too easily in the sink and in the bathtub the wash the wash would look like our back of something and the toilet would not wash OK in the first one the language barrier came in when I had a removed from the first one to the second one 524 I’m sorry 503 from 624 so the room needs some improvement and visibility of towels needs improvement tool

The scent when you walk on the Lobby was fresh and clean Staff great. Bartender Charlie was awesome kudos to her appetizer was outstanding Room made up nicely and well appointed. All high quality excellence
