If you are flying from Rajiv Ghandi International Airport (HYD) to Dallas, you can park at the airport, or you can take the Pushpak airport liner from one of its convenient pick-up points. Flight time from Hyderabad to Dallas is about 21 hours, and there is an 11 hour, 30 minute time difference. Once you are settled in Dallas, head downtown to the John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza and the Sixth Floor Museum/Texas Schoolbook Depository for a history lesson. You can walk around downtown and stop at Pioneer Plaza to see the life-size bronze sculpture depicting a cattle drive.
Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, you can get around Dallas in a car or use the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) buses and trains. The DART light rail will take you downtown to visit the Dallas World Aquarium. If you enjoy nature, you can also visit the Dallas Zoo or go hiking in White Rock Lake Park. While in the Park, see the displays at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. If you are looking for some shopping, head to North Park Center.
Dallas visitors will fly in to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), one of the nation's busiest. You can rent a car or use DART to get to your hotel. If you come in summer, pack for hot and humid conditions.
