Whether you are traveling from Phoenix to Orlando International Airport (MCO) for a family vacation or business trip, you'll find many local attractions to keep you entertained during your visit. You can catch a show at Sea World, where you can learn about killer whales or swim with the dolphins. Then, you can head to Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show to enjoy dinner while watching a live show.
Once you pick up your rental car at MCO, you can take Florida State Road 528 to Cape Canaveral where you’ll be able to visit the Kennedy Space Center or view historic rockets at Rocket Garden. You can also go parasailing at Cocoa Beach, or you could choose to spend a day with the animals at the Brevard Zoo.
If you’re with the kids, hop on Interstate 4 to visit the famous Walt Disney World Resort where you will find Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, as well as the Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Head north on I-4 to visit Universal Studios.
A nonstop flight between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and Orlando is approximately four hours and 20 minutes long, leaving you plenty of time to relax before exploring the area. Once you pick up your luggage, you can take a shuttle to the rental car facility.
