Seats are way too small even for me, and I'm 5'4" and average weight. The tall guy next to me had to endure the flight with his knees shoved into the seat in front of him, and that passenger couldn't recline as a result. Bad enough the seats were narrow as hell. Pleasant service aside, it was ridiculously uncomfortable and I won't fly United by choice again.
Only thing bad about the trip to Chicago was I tried getting a seat next to my husband and other child and couldn’t and it take long time to board the plane and when we landed we had trouble finding our car seats.
The seats are EXTREMELY STIFF AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Please update them. Thank you.
Thank you all for your service
The chair outlets weren't working right. Watched movies on my phone but couldn't recharge the phone
We had a very good experience on this flight. However, one thing that could be improved is available the leg room. At six feet in height, my legs were so cramped that my knees ached during the flight and afterwards.
CheapTickets short flight time
wifi was not free only bad mark, rest was good
You guys booked me way too tight. 6 minutes to get me four gates down for boarding next plane, and I’m all the way in the back of the plane? After a four-hour flight? Come on. I’m healthy and able-bodied and I’m still going to have to hoof it. Hope you never do that to a disabled or injured person.
Very helpful and kind staff, but there was not usb port, and the baggage price higher than expected

The approximately four-hour flight from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Chicago's O'Hare Airport (ORD) is quite a trip. But once you land, O'Hare International is a very hospitable destination for the weary traveler. Voted "Best Airport in North America" in 2000 by Business Traveler magazine, O'Hare is surrounded by some of the best restaurants and shopping around. You have several options when looking to travel into the city.
Taxis are available, but hailing a cab may require patience, given the enormous volume of traffic around O'Hare. A better bet is the Go Airport Express Shuttle located on the arrival level, or the L train, short for "elevated train", Chicago's public railway. A mere $10 gets you a day pass to the train's more than 140 stations, conveniently situated in the most visitor-friendly destinations around the city.
If public transportation isn't your speed, O'Hare hosts 12 car rental companies, all of which offer free shuttle service. All shuttles pick up at the arrival curb just outside of baggage claim. Renting a car can get you right to your chosen destination, whether shopping in Millennial Park, hiking in Glenview district, or grabbing some famous deep-dish pizza. The choices are endless.
