Short flight. We were delayed but kept updated every 15 minutes by the captain - I appreciated that.
My flight was late and I would have missed my connection in Chicago. The gate agent helped book me a direct flight to Nashville through Delta and was a lifesaver. Very professional and helpful. I believe I was at gate E14 and she was the only AA agent around and was a huge help!
We missed our flight. Colleen Symanski in Minneapolis kindly & quickly re-routed us.
All was fine.
seating would be better if basic economy would seat the party together if they buy a ticket together. my sister was placed on the same row but across the isle and we both had window seats. Another time my sister was placed on same side of plane behind me
I thank you all very nice people
Over all great experience! Thank you!
