"Faulty door knob had me locked in the bathroom for over 20 minutes. Room card disabled after night 1 when I had a 2 night stay. No early check in even though I asked a week prior and paid. Pool has plastic chairs, no loungers. Some staff helpful."

"My stay here was great as I was initially disappointed, the hotel I usually frequent was not available. This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised! The gym was clean and had useful equipment. The onsite restaurant and bar were very nice and accommodating not to mention the Starbucks! The staff were also very friendly. My room over looked the Bay and the huge wall to wall floor to ceiling windows made that view even better!"

"There was no hot tub that we could find. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are extremely old and in disrepair. Housekeeping only emptied the garbage and replaced towels only made one bed once. Every day we went out and when we returned we had to walk back to the office to get our key reset. "
