"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub amenities were great! Breakfast wasn’t bad either."

Waited for about 15 minutes before they told us they were short staffed and it would be about 45 minutes before we could get into a room. That asked us to leave our name and number and they would call us when it was ready. So, we went out and did our thing and came back at 1:30 in the morning. I never received a call and when we got back they said all the rooms are booked. So I didn’t even get to stay there, I had to find another place at 2:00 in the morning…"

"I believe this hotel is only a couple years old, but its public spaces were in poor shape, with worn carpets and foul odors in the hallway. Our room was not as bad though it was modest size-wise. The beds were comfortable. Not too much noise even though we had a first floor room."

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."
