The room was great, but the heater was blowing directly in my husband's face, and he couldn't sleep very well. There was too much chlorine in the hot tub, and my skin was itchy. My husband's skin was itchy, also from the bed sheets, probably too much bleach.

Should have more handicapped parking - the smokers right outside the doors was an issue - not employees-guests! Guest laundry a nice touch and the breakfast attendants - all pleasant and helpful - Stay if nothing else is available within 15 - 20 miles - otherwise - the Dollar store Hampton is not a bargain!!

We stopped here twice, en route to as well as from our recent autumn trip East. We liked the hotel and staff so much from our first stay that we booked a room for an overnight stop over on our trip back home. Staff were very helpful and friendly for both times we stayed here. Very nice accommodations in a clean well appointed room.

Aging hotel. Carpets worn, bathrooms worn. Trouble scheduling room cleaning. Great location just off thruway & 490, next to eastview mall, plenty of eating places. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was convenient. Hope a renovation occurs soon.

Nice hotel and the room was so big! The mattress was too hard for our liking. The shower had some hair left in it. Good variety for breakfast.
