"We couldn’t get good sleep be cause of the loud humming sound. We asked for room change for second night and front desk immediately assigned us new room at the ground floor. The sound was less loud in the second room."

The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest. We probably will be there a lot of time more our son decided to go to RIT."
