"The room was clean, and the staff quickly fixed things like my card not working to open the door my second day. No coffee maker in room and the microwave platter didn't turn properly. There are no elevators so if you are disabled request a first floor room."

"I called 0n THREE occasions to make sure we would have a FRIST FLOOR ROOM!!!! First when I reserved the room IN JANUARY FOR APRIL 25 , then again in March. THEN THE DAY BEFORE !!!!!! At pre check in on line , I requested a first floor room !!! EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED A FIRST FLOOR ROOM ! So we checked in and they didn't have us in a first floor room. They couldn't accommodate our request at the front desk!!! The coffee maker in our room didn't work !!! No coffee in the check in area !"
