"The only thing I did not like was the $125 they charged to my card "in case I spilled some wine or something." I can understand keeping my credit card on file in case there is damage, but to charge me $125 with a promise to refund it does not sit right with me and this should be disclosed clearly before booking. Additionally, just a heads up. The hotel says 19 minute walk to the train station. They omitted to mention that the walk is down a busy highway and you have to walk on the street in parts. Other than that, the room was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, I could live there! Most staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, more fresh options would always be nice. Most people would not find it walkable to town, but you can do it if you're determined, it worked for me but I may not do it twice. It was in a good location otherwise, across from a mall with Whole Foods, some restaurants, and also walking distance to a Barnes & Noble, which was a bonus for me. It is also near the expressway, so very convenient if driving. "

"The room was very nice with 3 queen beds and a sleeper sofa there was plenty of room for my family of 7. The outdoor pool and splash zone were fantastic. Even though it was mid September the water was very warm and the kids absolutely loved the splash zone! It's nice to go to a "heated" pool that's actually heated. And because of staying on a weekday and booking through hotels.com we were able to get a screaming deal on a room we would otherwise not be able to afford. Given the chance we will stay here again."
