A rare misfire for this property, one I at which I stay at least three times a year. Checked in and was placed in a room that had not been cleaned. Front desk staff resolved this promptly, so I’m only knocking off one star for the fact that it happened in the first place. Otherwise, this was a typically superb and trouble-free stay at Residence Inn Lancaster.
