My family and I booked a total of 3 rooms, the first room we found cockroaches. The second room which was mine has a very strong mildew smell to it and bugs crawling on the walls. The third room had pooped smeared on the bathroom wall.

When we got there the front staff guy was very rude, whe had rented 3 rooms, the first room when we went to the bathroom there was poop on the wall and cockroaches we called front desk and he said he couldn't help up us and that there were no other rooms available and that he did not have access to cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom so that it had to stay there until the morning when the cleaning crew came. The second room had a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom as well and the third room had a horrible smell as if there was a dead rat somewhere in the room. Will not be staying there again at all! Customer service there horrible as well.
