The elevators were terrible, I had to wait a really long time and when the elevator arrived, I had to wait again because there was no room. Apparently, they only had one elevator working. There were signs to validate parking, yet I was told they don't validate parking so why have the signs up. Not exactly worth the amount of money charged.

Room was awesome. Super high ceilings and wood linoleum floor and comfy bed and great view and amazing shower. Front desk guy was the happiest person I’ve ever met. Location was incredible - convenient to everything! Onsite restaurant was really great for vegetarians with delicious dishes and excellent wine options. Parking was relatively simple given the emailed instructions they sent ahead of time.

The location was amazing, walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The restaurants in the restaurant were mediocre. There was mold all over my toilet, and the front desk did not have it cleaned when I complained. The floors are poorly installed and make loud cracking noises when you walk on them. I had no maid service, no coffee replacements. No microwaves in the rooms. I would not stay here except for the location.
