Overpriced, at the time of check-in,they tolds us rms wasn't ready because they had no housekeeper to clean the rms. When we finally got the rm,it was discusting,bathroom dirty. Breakfast was included. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. WE GOT TO THE BREAKFAST, NO EGGS,NO SAUSAGE,CEREAL TASTED OLD. When eggs and sausages(that was all for protein)come out,it was microwaved eggs,and sausage were frozen inside. They didn't want to reimbursed any money or give me any discount because I booked thrue experia,what a joke. Def dont recommended to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Our stay was okay overall, but there were several areas that could be improved. We were visiting family and will likely choose a different hotel next time. The property is currently undergoing construction, which appears to be for an expansion, but many of the existing common areas—such as the lobby—are in need of updating as well. Our room did not feel very clean. The shower curtain was noticeably discolored and looked worn, and the pillows were uncomfortable. When we turned on the heater, it produced a strong, unpleasant odor. Throughout our stay, the only staff member we encountered was the front desk attendant. The breakfast was acceptable.
