This is our second time here, the last was 2 yrs ago. It has gone downhill fast. We had a room that tge plaster was falling off wall everytime we closed door. I told staff and they didnt care. We left for the day hoping our room would be cleaned and the plaster cleaned up.. but nothing was touched!! I took our dirty towels down to housekeeping to get more. The staff told me they do not clean rooms during your stay?? What? I paid twice the price here for nothing but a nightmare and no one seemed to care at all. Never again .. i warn others. Dont expect any kind of service once you get there!!!!

When we checked in I was informed that our room had been switched with another to accommodate a family that needed multiple rooms. I paid for a two queen room and ended up with a room with two doubles. Not what I paid for. When I asked about this the next morning at checkout the manager shrugged and said that the room was bigger. I didn’t care about the room being bigger. I cared about the fact that the price is different for a two double vs a two queen. He did nothing to remedy that and told me to have a good day.

Only thing was the shower was a walk in shower but the shower curtain was not long enough so water got on the floor. Had to use extra towels to clean up the water so my husband did not fall.

The stay was not great. We booked there as their website says pet friendly. They even have a sign on their front desk that says pet friendly. We booked two rooms for a family of 6 and two doodles and the gentleman checking me in was not ok with pets. He said they’re only “semi” pet friendly and I should “know how people are” and if they complain that their allergies act up or the dogs are loud we would have to leave. I asked about their pet policy and he said again “we’re only semi pet friendly. When we’re not completely booked” then that should have been made clear! They then made us park on the side of the hotel and use the side door and directed me that we wouldn’t be allowed to walk our dogs through the main door. Because “you know how people are” by the way did I mention I paid $80 plus a $100 hold on the room to allow my dogs there. Then he told us about the breakfast being 7:30-10, another reason we picked this hotel since we had the kids, we got to breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of eggs, forks, and some other items. We asked if they would be bringing out more since it went till 10 and we were told no. We will not be staying again. Very disappointed in their service

The breakfast selection was okay. Staff was nice and welcoming. Our room appeared clean, there were a few things that could have been better. The mattress needs to be changed, it was very lumpy and as we ate another couple had the same complaint. Our bathroom facet was loose, the base of the facet needs to be secured to the sink. The pipes when the water ran squeaked, I know it was strange. For the overnight we were there it was okay.

Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. Our room was large with two empty corners that could have had a small table with a couple of chairs in one of them to be used for eating or just sitting to have our coffee in the morning. Also, the coffee cups in the breakfast area and lobby should be bigger; they are quite small. Our room entrance cards were invalid before we were even checked out on the morning we were leaving.
