"We were really unhappy at first as the room we were given the toilet stank, I went to reception to complain about this and the only choice I was given was to pay for an upgrade.!!
Although it was only £15 I don't think that this was fair, especially as it was uninhabitable
The receptionist said that he would pass this on to his manager but I have not heard a thing
We are going again, but are obviously very wary about it all
We are going quite a few times to this hotel and the previous rooms have been really nice I must admit I was quite shocked about this "
